Cells classification Before the welding process and framing the module, all solar cells are subjected to classification and grouping according to their intrinsic characteristics of cell performance, voltage etc. |
![]() |
Cell interconnection Once classified and grouped cells according to their performance characteristics and voltage, are welded together to form a string or chain through a metal tape that will collect and conduct electricity through the string or chain of photovoltaic cells. |
![]() |
Union of Strings When we have solded all chains string or placement we proceed to it's sequential placement, leaving the same space between each string or chain. Once installed will be welded together. The panel is subjected to strict inspection for any failure. |

Forming and Baking The next step in the fabrication, will be mount upon the strings of photovoltaic cells, a bracket on the back to give rigidity, support and protection to the module. In the front is placed a high transparency tempered glass to prevent the deterioration of the photoelectric cells. Once installed these protective sheets, photovoltaic module is inserted in a hot oven, sealed and airtight, with the aim of sealing the module layers. |

Framing and mounting of the junction box After the module has been baking it comes to the placement of a silicone gasket on the edge and the installation of an anodized aluminum frame endowing the form of increased load resistance, thereupon proceed to the installation junction box in the back of the module. |
![]() |
Flash Test Once it has carried out the assembly of anodized aluminum frame and junction box, the module is subjected to a series of tests of high voltage isolation. These tests are performed to ensure isolation between the string or strings and the module frame |
![]() |
Voltage test and simulation After subjecting the test panel of insulation is placed in a solar simulator to test it, using a voltmeter is found that the current-voltage curve is the correct module. |
![]() |
Cleaning of the Module After passing the voltage test and simulation, the module is subjected to a thorough cleaning to prevent impurities are attached. |
![]() |
Packaging Having cleaned the module will proceed to its packaging and distribution. |
